Returns and exchanges?
If the product you have ordered does not fit or for some weird reason you don’t want it, you have 14 days to return it. If you want to return make sure that the product is still brand new with tags. If it's been worn, it can not be returned or exchanged. Make sure to send the product with a receipt or order confirmation. If there is no proof of purchase, it can not be returned or exchanged.

If you want to exchange a product, you will have to return first, and then you will get your refund. From there you will have to make a new order on our site. A refund takes approximately 7-10 business days.

How long is the processing time?
Approximately 2 business days before its shipped out. However, during busier periods it might take longer, due to the volume of orders we receive. All orders are shipped from Oslo, Norway and delivery time is based on shipping vendor’s standards.
You’re all out of something. Will it be reproduced?
Everything we produce is limited supply, so most likely not. First come, first serve. Don’t sleep on it.
How do I know that my order has been processed?
You will get an order confirmation when the order is approved. And when the order is sent you shall receive a new mail of confirmation that it's sent.
Please allow 24 hours after the stated delivery time to contact us. Sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbour. If still missing after 24 hours, please contact us.
